Train for Change is a training series for people looking to go after that personal record, try a new event, or set a goal to do something different! Whatever your level of fitness, ALL ARE WELCOME! There is a Duathlon, Triathlon & Half Marathon Training Series available throughout the year for you to choose from, all commencing by completion of an All Sports Production Race (eg, Iron Pig Duathlon).
Food 1st Fitness has certified coaches programming each training series to suit your training needs, and get you ready for race day! Additionally, Food 1st Fitness, will provide weekly Saturday clinics that cover topics such as, bike maintenance, nutrition on race day, what to wear on cold days, or how to eat on the bike/run!! After the 15-20 minute clinic, there will be a sport specific session lasting approximately 1-1.5hours (pending distance/speed).
