A Run/Walk for Healing and Hope

Join us for the Miles for Hope 5K, a race benefiting local cancer care at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center!

Hosted by the North Arkansas Medical Foundation, this event will bring the community together to support patients and families impacted by cancer. Play a role in honoring survivors, remembering loved ones, and standing alongside those currently fighting.

This event welcomes runners, walkers, families, and participants of all ages and abilities! Proceeds from the race will directly support vital cancer care services at NARMC's Claude Parrish Cancer Center.

Race Day: Saturday, April 18, 2026
Start Time: 8:30 a.m.
Location: Start and finish at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center

• 5K Run/Walk
• NEW! One-Mile Fun Run
• Virtual Run/Walk 

Highlights

• All participants will receive a commemorative T-shirt, medal, and colorful Cancer Awareness Ribbons representing different cancers
• Wall of Hope, where participants and survivors can write messages of encouragement and remembrance
• Trophies will be awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers in the 5K, 1st-place runners in eight age divisions in the 5K, and the top three overall finishers in the one-mile fun run.

Race Packet Pick-Up

• Packets may be picked up Thursday, April 16, 12:00p.m. – 5:00p.m. or Friday, April 17, 12:00p.m. – 5:00p.m.
• Location: Community Relations Office at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (Look for signs near the main entrance)
  Race packets include your bib, T-shirt, ribbons, and important event information. Packet pick-up is required prior to race day.

Race Day Parking & Check-In

• Parking: NARMC North parking lot, located just north of Sonic Drive-In
• Check-In Tent: Located on the far east side of the hospital for those who did not pick up packets in advance. Water and refreshments will also be available here before and after the race.
• Participants are encouraged to arrive early due to anticipated congestion and road closures.
