NARMC Total Eclipse of the Run 5k Glow Run

Come and join us on the evening of Saturday, April 6, 2024, for the "Total Eclipse of the Run" 5k Glow Run, presented by the North Arkansas Medical Foundation. This thrilling event precedes the highly anticipated Great North American Solar Eclipse on April 8, 2024.  Rally your friends and family to join us and be prepared to outshine the competition!  Participants will receive a Medal, Race T-shirt, Solar eclipse glasses, and glow gear.  There will also be individual awards for 5K runners in several divisions. 

Race Packet Pick Up
The 5k race packet pick-up will be Thursday, April 4 and Friday, April 5 from noon - 5:00p.m. each day.  Packets can be picked up in the Community Relations office at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC).  Simply navigate to the front of the building, by the flagpole, and look for signage which will direct you to the proper entrance.  The Community Relations office is the glass door immediately to the right, inside this entrance.
 
All participants must pick up their packets before Saturday in order to have T-shirt and bib for race day.  Packets will also include Glow Gear, however, participants are encouraged to wear their own glow gear or glowing apparel for the race.  Additional information, including a route map and any updates, will be provided at the time you pick up your packet.

Arrive Early for Solar Fest! 
Don't miss out on Solar Fest, starting at 5:30p.m. in the lower parking area at NARMC!  There will be food trucks, inflatables, and dazzling entertainment, including a mesmerizing fire show and the incredible skills of "Mirror Man," our entertainer extraordinaire!    

Race Day Parking and Check In
The race will start at 7:45p.m. on Saturday, April 6.  Participants are encouraged to arrive early as vehicular congestion and crowds are expected.  As you arrive on Saturday, please park in the NARMC North parking lot.  This is just north of the Sonic Drive-In and a short walk from the starting line of the race.  
If you have any questions upon arrival, stop by the Check-In tent, which will be located on the far east side of the hospital.  However, if you already have your bib, T-shirt, and SWAG, you do not need to stop at the Check-In tent.  Water and refreshments will also be available at this red-and-white-striped tent closer to the start of the race and after the race.
