Challenging and fun!
85% of this run is on gravel taking you to the confluence of the Mississippi & Saint Francis Rivers as you meander through downtown Helena, along the Mississippi River levee, and the Saint Francis National Forest.
The Deta Grind Weekend is a rally style event for runners and cyclists mixing it up with music, food, and other fun cultural activities. One-of-a-kind experience in the Arkansas Delta. Learn all about the Delta Grind Weekend HERE
Registration gets athletes a day of fun including post-race beers, snacks, a meal and amazing music – all included with registration.

Saturday, May 11 downtown Helena
8: am – 9:30 am Check In
9:45 am Pre-race Meeting
10:00 am Start
Post Race: Beer, Snacks & Entertainment
5:00 pm Dinner is served at the downtown block party with corn hole tournament and more
