Mission Run in the Ozarks

Everyone, of all ages, encouraged to participate!!!! Bring lawn chairs for post-race activities! We are offering youth sizes!

The Mission Run in the Ozarks is an 3rd annual event that features a 5k, Half Marathon, and Full Marathon through streets and Highways of Mountain View and Stone County Arkansas. The events will start on the east end of town at Flatwoods Missionary Baptist Church and end on the downtown courtsquare of Mountain View and spectators will be allowed to encourage participants along the challenging, but yet, adventurous hills! Parking will be available at Flatwoods Church.  Events will be timed by Agee Race Timing. Packets can be picked up on Saturday morning April 11, 2015 starting  at 6:30am at Flatwoods Church. Water stations will be available throughout the course, along with medical and volunteer personnel. Restrooms available on court square and portapotties throughout the course. Post-race activities and other refreshments will be available. T-shirts are guaranteed to all who register prior to March 31st. Proceeds will go to Kenyan T.E.A.M. Missions, a ministry of Flatwoods Missionary Baptist Church, to administer the truth and love of Jesus Christ in East Kenya, Africa.

ARRIVAL: Have packet and timing chip picked up and ready to go no later than 7:45am at Flatwoods Church

EVENT LOCATION: Flatwoods Missionary Baptist Church/Stone County Court Square

Celebration and post-race activities include refreshments, bounce houses, and local business booths.

Race highlights t-shirts, medals, post-race activities, medical aid stations, and finish line celebration
