Become a Sponsor
SPONSORSHIP DEADLINE IS MARCH 19, 2020. Sponsors will be accepted after this date, however your name will not be able to be placed on the backs of the T-Shirts and may not be able to be on the Sponsor Board(s) at the Festival.
If you are interested in being a Sponsor for the Festival, please fill out the form on our website. You will also be able to upload an image of your logo, and select when and how you wish to pay your sponsorship fee.
All sponsor levels include the following:
Your business name on our Festival T-shirt
Your business name on the Sponsor Board at the Festival
Your business logo on our web-site identifying your sponsor level
A Sponsor Spotlight across our social media and e-mail lists (one sponsor will be highlighted each week)
As you can see below, Sponsorship Levels are quite affordable and are tax deductible as we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
- Diamond: $5,000 (Additional Perk: Advertisement in monthly newsletter for 1 year & sponsor banner on the DJ table at the Festival.)
- Platinum: $2,000 (Additional Perk: Advertisement in monthly newsletter for 6 months & sponsor banner on either a food or and activity table at the Festival.)
- Gold: $1,000 (Additional Perk: Advertisement in our monthly newsletter for 3 months, and a small sign at the Festival)
- Silver: $500 (Additional Perk: Advertisement in Fest Edition of our monthly newsletter)
- Bronze: $250
