SHIRT FAQs:
CAN I UPDATE MY SHIRT SIZE AFTER I HAVE RECEIVED IT?

RUNNING FAQs:
HOW DO I SUBMIT/TRACK MY TIME? -
- No formal tracking app will be used for this race. Feel free to complete the race on your own as it's not required to submit your time. Once you have completed your run, just wear you RaceToRebuild gear with pride!
CAN I COMPLETE MY VIRTUAL RUN BEFORE I HAVE RECEIVED MY GEAR?
- You don't have to wait to receive your gear in the mail- you can complete your run at any time. However, if you do wait to receive your package in the mail you will be able to wear your RaceToRebuild gear.
SHIPPING FAQs:
CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
- If your gear has NOT been mailed out yet, we are happy to assist you with updating your shipping address. Just shoot us an email and we can make that change for you.
I SIGNED UP FOR THE VIRTUAL RACE, HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY GEAR HAS SHIPPED?
- You will receive an email with your unique tracking link once your gear has shipped! Just click, track and get out there!
FUNDRAISING FAQs:
WHERE DO THE PROCEEDS FROM FUNDRAISING GO?
- All proceeds go to the national Trauma Survivors Network to further their work in supporting trauma survivors as they survive, connect and rebuild after a serious injury.
