Unveil Your Courage

Welcome!

I am thrilled to see that you are joining the many who have chosen to share their courage with others and create awareness for something that is very dear to my heart- Pulmonary Fibrosis. PF is a disease of the lungs that deteriorates the tissue at an alarming speed. It affects 128,000 people A YEAR and there is no cure at this time. There are many individuals living day to day with PF and whether you were diagnosed with it, your a friend, a family memeber or even the night nurse in the hospital we want to show our care and love for you!  We are coming together for 25 days to challenge ourselves, share amazing stories, see beautiful scenery and most importantly support one another.

This is an event for any adventurous soul, at any fitness level from any age group! You are more than welcome to complete this distance at your leisure anywhere from a treadmill to the ridgeline trail.*** As a bonus there is a meetup event on September 17th, we will be meeting at South Mountain Pima Canyon Trail Head (see map below) to do a hike together. Please see the event website for further details on this portion as it is optional.***
