All remaining donations/proceeds from the event will directly impact the 2025 Womens Leadership Symposium. As a small private org at Davis Monthan Air Force Base, W.I.N.G.S has very limited funds to pour back into our community. While most events we organize are FREE to the base populace, we as a non-profit have to procure funds in order to continue giving back. Some of the FREE events we do include ice cream socials, give parents a break, professional development, and our biggest being the WOMENS LEADERSHIP SYMPOSIUM during Womens History Month. This event brings likeminded Airmen together to talk about topics that not only women face but others around us. It gives a place for Keynote speakers to weigh in with a wealth of knowledge, and expertise on certain topics to educate our members across DMAFB ensuring we can have a ready force!
