May I run with my dog? Yes, you may if your dog is controlled on a leash at all times and you immediately clean up any waste.
May I run with a stroller? Yes, you may. Please start at the back of the starting group.
Does my child in the stroller need to be registered? No. As long as your child remains in the stroller for the duration of the time on the course, s/he does not need to be registered. Only registered participants (who have signed a waiver) should be on the running route during the event. This is for everyone's safety. Thank you for respecting your fellow athletes and keeping very small children in their strollers.
Is there water on this course? Yes. See course information for details.
Can I get a refund for this event? Sorry, no. All sales are final. However, you may transfer your registration to another person, if you'd like. Please see "TRANSFER" instructions below. Also, if you purchased the race insurance during registration, your reason for non-attendance may be covered. Contact the insurance company directly. Their information was sent to you in a separate email at the time of registration.

How do I change my name or birth date? You can do this and much more through your RunSignUp account. Watch the tutorial on how to edit your PROFILE information HERE.
Can I change my shirt size? Yes, available shirt sizes in our inventory are listed for you during registration. If the size you desire is available, you'll be able to update your choice using your RunSignUp account. Watch the tutorial HERE. You can also check at the registration tent after the race has begun to exchange your shirt size with any that may have been unclaimed.
