FAQ's
When is the race? Anytime you want! We are encouraging everyone to participate on/near June 20 (Summer Solstice) and on/near Dec 21 (Winter Solstice) however you may complete it on any date that is convenient for you.
What if I can't do it on those dates? No worries! Complete the race anytime that works for you! You will be shipped the medals, so it's up to you on when to race!
How do I submit my results? Go to the results page, if you have problems please email registration@allsportsproductioninc.com.
How to I fix my results if I posted them incorrectly? How to fix results
Where should I send my fabulous photos? Post them to the event on the All Sports Productions Facebook page. Be sure to tag them #solsticeseries
Will I get a medal? Yes, no matter when you complete the "race" you will get a medal!
Do I have to submit a time? The wonderful thing about virtual races is that the event is just for you. If you don't want to post a time, you don't have to. We would still love to see your "finish line" photos or any others. We are missing your faces and those will help fill that need.
What's the difference between the virtual and actual in person event? Virtual you can do anytime, anywhere. Actual race you must compete in person on the race date.
Can I do both? This is a virtual only event. However many of our other events have virtual and in person categories. You can view a complete list of all our events at All Sports Productions, Inc.
When will my SWAG be mailed? Registrations placed by May 1, 2022 will ship in early June. Registration placed between May 2, 2022, and November 1, 2022 will be mailed in early December. (If we have your shirt on hand, we may ship sooner.)
When does the Solstice Series end? There is no end date, however we suggest that you set a date of 12/31 to complete your challenge.
