Saturday, May 9 - Bib Pick Up 

10:00AM - 1:00PM - Bib Pick up at Cisco's 

If you have a team of ten or more people and would like to pick up bibs for the team, please let us know and we would be happy to set them aside for easy and quick access. You may pick up bibs for family and friends. Please be ready to share their bib number that will be emailed to all registrants and first and last name. If you are unable to pick up your bib and t-shirt on Saturday, May 9th, they will be available for pickup on Race Day starting at 8am at Cisco Brewers. 

Sunday, May 10 Race Day 

8:00AM - 10:00AM - Bib Pick Up at Cisco's 

A limited number of additional race shirts will be available for purchase on Race Day. All proceeds support the Women’s Fund SouthCoast.

9:30 AM – Kids Fun Run - about 1/4 of a mile & untimed 
10:00 AM – 5K Begins
11:00 AM – Celebration and awards

The course is a mostly flat 3.1 miles (5 kilometers) taking runners and walkers out along West Beach at Clark’s Cove, turning at Fort Taber, and on to the Finish Line at Cisco Brewers along beautiful East Beach tucked next to Buzzards Bay.

All bibs are equipped with a tracker that will allow Last Mile Racing to post official timed results. Please note that all times are tracked from crossing of the Start and Finish Line – not the official race clock start time. This is to ensure a fair and safe race for all runners and walkers.

The following awards will be given to the First, Second, & Third Place Overall Finishers in the following three categories: Female, Male, and Non-Binary (Total of 9 prizes)

• First: $150 Gift Card to ServedWell Hospitality
• Second: $100 Gift Card to ServedWell Hospitality
• Third: $50 Gift Card to ServedWell Hospitality

Medallions will be given out in the following categories:

• First, Second, & Third Place Overall Finishers in the following three categories: Female, Male, and Non-Binary (Total of 9 awards)
• First Place Female, Male and Non-Binary Finishers for the following age categories: 18 & Under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+ (Total of 24 awards)

Trophies will be given out in the following categories:

• Largest Team
• Fastest Team (top 3 runners)
• Most Spirited Team
• Top Fundraising Team

All awards and associated prizes will be given out at our Closing Ceremony starting at 11am in the Cisco Brewers Beer Garden. We hope you will stay to join us in congratulating all of our runners and walkers as well as celebrate this year’s race!

All winners will be announced at the Closing Ceremony in the Cisco Brewers Beer Garden starting at 11am on Race Day. You must be present to win! All raffle proceeds directly support our work across the SouthCoast.
