Sorry no refunds due to fees. We do have a deferral policy that allows you to defer till next year for $15 or transfer to another raise for the same price. If you do it within 15 days prior to the race. The other thing that we have as an option that would give you a full refund is if you paid for race insurance, race insurance covers things like health and medical issues. If you do not have race insurance, the only option is the deferral or transfer policy.
For extreme weather, yes. This means dangerous weather, like flash flood, lightning, or winter storm warning. If it is snowy no. We can run in the snow. However, for safety, we change the course if the road is covered in snow to a 5K that we repeat. It is very rare that a race is ever cancelled. Tough thing about racing is you may have sunshine and flowers or rain. Being outdoors you have about a 98% in utah it will be awesome.
Codes can only be created for $25+ credit or more.
We cannot do smaller volunteer codes under $25, and all volunteer codes must be whole numbers like $25 or $50, not $25.50 or $35.87.
When codes are created, they are created for only one person to use at a time, and only one use.
Once a code is used, it is not able to be used again.
We offer race insurance at only 8.1% of race fees that would cover things like this until race day. It is a third party company so you get your money and we do not lose money on having to purchase all your race swag.
At this point we have you running even if you don't show up. The only other option at this point is you give or sell your bib to someone else. Wish we could do more. 3/4 of your race fees goes to your race and those have already been spent at this point in the race.
We have one of the more generous policies in the industry as to deferrals and transfers. We do our best to help people if it means we do not lose money.
