We love questions regarding races. Feel to text, call or email with any questions you may have. However please try to read the most common questions below prior to trying to reach us.
Question#1 - Where is Packet Pickup and Start Times?
Under the RACE INFO button on this website you will find a drop down that has info under Agenda. Some items do not get posted until around 7 to 10 days prior to race day.
Question#2 - Can I get a refund?
Please read the REFUND POLICY on this website. If you ask this question via email we will send you a copy of the REFUND POLICY you agreed to when you registered.
Question#3 - I need more race information?
5 Days prior to the race we send out a full downloadable race packet PDF. Anything not on the Agenda Page of the website will be listed in there. Look forward to that email.
Question#4 - Can I transfer to another person, transfer to another race, defer or edit my shirt size?
If you want information on how to edit and elect these options you can do so under the CONTACT US drop down then HOW TO VIEW/EDIT REGISTRATION which will teach you how to do this. Please do not ask us to break our policy for any reason. Most Race Companies have a NO REFUND NO OPTION policy. We have options. You must do these options yourself prior to deadlines. We put these options in place to serve those with valid reasons that cannot make the race. We ask all racers to do this themselves. We are happy to answer questions but it is a lot of work managing a lot of last minute changes prior to a race. If you ask this question via email we will send you a copy of the REFUND POLICY you agreed to when you registered.
We are happy to help with edits, transfers and deferrals if you cannot figure them out however we get busy prior to race day and often may not be able to help in a timely manner. Just because you emailed us prior to the deadline does not mean you are accountable to do this prior to the deadlines yourself. If there is a chance of you wanting to do these things please do not wait to the day prior to the deadline because you may miss the deadline. We ask racers to do this themselves so we do not have to manage them ourselves which takes hundreds of hours a year to manage. The reason other race companies have a NO REFUND NO OPTION policy is because they do not want to allow it and two they do not want to manage it.

Our office ours are Tuesday to Thursday from 9AM to 5PM if you wish to reach us via phone. We work most Saturdays so we take Mondays off and Fridays are generally used to set up the course so you can try to reach us then if we are in range.
