Packet Pickup (5K and 10K only)

Packet pickup will be open for 5K and 10K runners only, on Thursday, April 30th and Friday, May 1st inside Union Station (501 Crawford St) from 3:30PM to 7:30PM

Orbit's Dash runners do not have to come to packet pickup.

Please use Parking Lot A, B or C for packet pickup, you can also be dropped off in front of Union Station, using the drop-off lane on Crawford St. Parking will be free for packet pickup.

Lot A: Entrance on Chartres St. - $15

Lot B: Entrance on Chartres St - $10

Lot C: Entrance on St. Emanuel St - $10

Parking will be first come first served in the above lots. No pre-booking available. Payment on site. Cashless only.

Prohibited Behavior and Items

PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR

The following actions and behavior are violations of the Guest Code of Conduct and are prohibited:

  • Acting in a manner that is unruly, disruptive, and/or illegal.
  • Displaying or using inconsiderate, vulgar, profane, threatening, bullying, abusive, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior, images, language, or gestures towards players, umpires, staff, personnel, and/or other guests regarding any matter including but not limited to betting losses.
  • Displaying obscene, indecent, and/or inappropriate clothing.
  • The sale or attempted sale of any merchandise on any property owned or leased by Houston Astros LLC, or any affiliate, without the permission of the Houston Astros.
  • Intentionally placing, dropping, tossing, or hurling any substance or object onto the playing field.
  • Interference with the progress of the game including but not limited to going onto the playing field, interfering with a ball in play, and/or intentionally making physical contact with a sports participant.
  • Fighting, taunting, or making threatening gestures.
  • Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, or using smokeless tobacco.
  • Damaging or attempting to damage the stadium and/or its contents or property.
  • Possessing or using illegal drugs or abusing prescription drugs.
  • Obstructing the view of other guests with excessive standing.
  • Sitting or standing on seat backs, standing on seats, or stepping over/on seats.
  • Standing or sitting in the walkways, aisles, or ramps.
  • Placing cups or other items on walls or ledges.
  • Throwing or kicking objects.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items will not be permitted inside Daikin Park:

  • Aerosol cans
  • Alcohol
  • Animals (except for service animals)
  • Backpacks (possible exceptions include diaper bags, single-compartment drawstring bags, and other bags used for medical reasons if they are within the MLB Bag Size requirements to not exceed 16” x 16” x 8”)
  • Bags larger than 16” x 16” x 8”
  • Banners or signs that do not follow the banner policy outlined here
  • Baseball bats and ball retrievers
  • Beverages & containers other than factory-sealed plastic water bottles 1 liter or less
  • Cameras with lenses larger than 8 inches
  • Clothing deemed obscene or indecent
  • Coolers including hard sided and Styrofoam coolers (Soft-sided coolers that do not exceed the MLB-Bag Size requirements of 16” x 16” x 8” will be allowed)
  • Costumes / Costume masks
  • Drones
  • Fireworks
  • Folding chairs (folding cane seats are approved for entry, however may not be deployed inside the stadium
  • Food in a portion larger than a clear, one-gallon size bag
  • Hover boards and other personal recreational devices
  • Illegal drugs
  • Inflatables (i.e. beach balls, basketballs, balloons)
  • Laser pointers
  • Luggage
  • Noise makers (whistles, horns, bells, etc.)
  • Poles or sticks of any kind (i.e. flag poles, broom handles, nets)
  • Skateboards, roller skates, roller shoes, bicycles, and wagons for children
  • Tripods, bipods, or monopods
  • Weapons - including but not limited to firearms, knives, and mace
  • Any item deemed to be inappropriate, hazardous, distasteful, or not supporting of the sport of baseball.

PROHIBITED LANGUAGE

Derogatory language, whether spoken or written, regarding race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual preference, or national origin is prohibited. Such language, whether directed at fans, players, umpires, or other team members or personnel, is inexcusable, unacceptable, and inconsistent with the spirit of the game of baseball.

Vulgar, profane, threatening, bullying, abusive, or offensive language is similarly prohibited.

The Houston Astros maintain a policy of zero tolerance regarding any violation of the Guest Code of Conduct. Any guest who violates the Code of Conduct will be subject to immediate ejection as well as possible arrest and prosecution.
