2026 marks a major milestone: the 10th Anniversary of the Belleville Main Street Marathon and the Half Marathon being designated for the first time as a Road Runners Club of America Illinois State Championship Event. There are so many reasons to celebrate this event that improves the health and well-being of our community! We are thrilled to celebrate a decade of running, and we want you to be a part of this historic year as an event sponsor.

The 10th Annual Belleville Main Street Marathon and the 5th Annual Half Marathon will take place Saturday, September 26. As a Boston Marathon-qualifying full marathon (26.2 miles) and an increasingly popular half marathon (13.1 miles), this event continues to grow thanks in part through the support of generous sponsorships. In 2025, we welcomed 870 registrations, and we anticipate over 1,000 runners in 2026! Already in 2026, we are outpacing last year’s registrations by 70%!

Athletes travel from across the United States—most from the metro-east and St. Louis area—to join us on America’s longest Main Street. Alongside our 200+ volunteers, this event is an excellent opportunity for your organization to gain visibility while supporting a one-of-a-kind sporting event that promotes health, community spirit, and local pride and showcases Belleville’s charm and community spirit, thus creating a positive impact that we create together.
Sponsorships are essential to making this event possible. While runner registrations contribute, sponsorships cover most expenses, enabling us to donate proceeds to local causes. Thanks to our 2025 sponsors, this year we proudly donated $20,000:

    ●$7,500 to the Belleville Parks and Recreation Department to enhance trail improvement
    ●$7,500 to the Community Interfaith Food Pantry
    ●$5,000 to the Belleville Running Club for its newly established college scholarship fund for local high school runners

In addition, much of our race budget supports city services like police and course setup, and we prioritize partnering with local businesses for goods and services.

●This sponsorship level guarantees that only one company in a particular industry will receive the benefits described herein (eg, one bank, one automobile dealership, one law firm).

*Platinum sponsors will be accepted on a first-come basis according to when payment for sponsorship is received. Each year, current Platinum sponsors will be given the opportunity to maintain their sponsorship level.

More Sponsorship Opportunities

$250 water station sponsor: 

For a $250 sponsorship, your organization’s name/logo will be prominently displayed on signage at one of our dozen or so water stations (this level does NOT require staffing of a water station but does give your organization priority if you choose to staff a water station)

In-Kind Products or Services: 

Donors of goods or services with a dollar value that matches the Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze tiers will receive the sponsor benefits of the corresponding tier. Example of donated goods and services include post-race refreshments, such as bananas, oranges, desserts, pretzels; goodies for volunteers, such as food, sunglasses, hats, lip balm.

$100 Signage Donor:

For a $100 donation, we will place your organization’s name/logo on 1of the 27 mile markers along the course
