Step 1: Get Familiar w/RunSignup
We have deployed a new registration site this year (via RunSignup).
Create a RunSignup Account
RunSignup requires all registering parties to create an account.
Step 2: Find your School System
After creating an account on RunSignup, Participants can register and receive the school discounts by following these steps:
Review the Website: Check event details by scanning the QR Code, or navigating to the Race Webpage using the link by clicking HERE.

- Choose "Join a Company/School" option when registering.
- Locate Schools: We have created a registration site JUST for Schools. Students, faculty, and staff will use this to register. Find "Schools" in the list created and select the "Join" button on the right.
- School Code: When prompted to enter the required Code during registration, you will enter Code: L4Sch2026
- School Selection: During registration, there will be a question, "Please choose the school your student attends. (Faculty/Staff: Please choose your location.)" with a dropdown list of all schools eligible for the discounted registration price. This information will also be used for participation awards.

Step 3: Compete for Awards
Schools can earn recognition for participation, volunteering, and overall spirit.
School Group Awards are based on both race registrations and volunteer involvement, with volunteers also counting toward Division Awards.
Schools that fully embrace this year’s Community Health and Wellness vision of
"Love in a Circle" may also be considered for the Zest for Life Award.
We love encouraging activity through registrations and supporting the community through volunteering, which are both valued as part of living healthier, happier lives.

Step 4: Promote Event
We’ve created general flyers/posters and an editable version you can customize in Adobe Acrobat. If you plan to subsidize students, faculty or staff, we can provide a custom coupon code or special registration process.
