FAQ
Need help with your registration? Logistic questions? Etc. See below for some helpful information:
- All participants are required to sign a waiver.
- Our event is a family affair! Runners, walkers and strollers are all welcome!
- Yes! Dog are permitted, but must remain leashed and well behaved the whole time. Owner accepts full responsibility for your pet and it's actions.
- Strollers are allowed. (only bibbed runners will receive medals)
- This run will be chip timed. Participants wear a timing chip integrated with their bib number that starts their individual time when they cross the start line and stops it when they cross the finish line.
- Participant gear must be picked up at designated packet pickup times:
- Friday, September 27th TBD BISD Administration Building
- Saturday, September 28th 6:15-7:00 AM Brazoswood HS Student Parking Lot
- There will be no mailed packets.
- Registration will close Friday September 27th. *There will be NO race day registration*
- Yes, this is a timed event however the Family 5k FUN run is for everyone of every ability. It is your event to enjoy as you wish! Don't worry about finishing times (unless you want to) - just come along and enjoy the day with BISD family!
- If at any time you are in need of assistance throughout the run please notify a volunteer or course monitor.
- There will be 2 marked water stations along the course.
- The run will start rain or shine. The run could be delayed due to lightning or other dangerous conditions.
- Bib transfers to other runners are not allowed.
- We are unable to process any cancellations or refunds once a runner is registered.
