Events
Description
With the current Covid19 pandemic affecting the ability community to function along traditional lines, the Bermuda Bicycle Association has considered the requirements of complying with Government guidelines on gatherings and social distancing. Consideration has been given to reducing incidental proximity as well as contact. This applies to staffing of events, registration transactions, publication of results and participant interaction. The BBA feels that with the process detailed below that we can host events which are fully compliant with the Government policies while also allowing participants the opportunity to compete in proper events. At all times the safety of the participants and event staff are of paramount importance and will be the primary consideration of the organizers. Full approval of the Bermuda Government and related authorities will be required before events commence.
