- Sorry, but you must use a credit card that will work overseas to pay for any registrations
- Strollers are only permitted in the non-competitive run/walk and must start near the back to avoid any interference with other participants.
- Please do not bring dogs to the Start/Finish Area in the interest of other participants
- There will be tea,coffee, drinks and breakfast pastries available for purchase.
- Why not relax after the race with an a la carte breakfast at the Shoreline Restaurant?

Number pickup is on race morning starting at 7:30am
Yes, there will be one water stop being the same for the 5K and the 10K as it is an out an back course, the water station will be available twice for the 10K
Start and Finish is located at Cambridge Beaches property on Cambridge Road Sandys
Of course someone else can pickup your race number on Race Morning
Both Races will start at 8:30am
