Last Chance Fun Dog Walk and Run (CANCELLED)

This is a fun event for your dog and you to enjoy a last walk/run on the beach. Can be as competitive as you make it. Each individual or family (group of 3 or more) must be registered with and walk/run with a dog.

Part proceeds will go to Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre and to cover the cost for putting on the event.

In case of inclement weather and the event is cancelled, refunds (less a small processing charge) will be given.

Please note the Bermuda National Parks Regulations of 1998 pertaining to Dogs:-

Having an unleashed dog in any protected area is in contravention of Section 6 of the Bermuda National Parks Regulations 1998:

Dogs

Section 6 No person shall, being the owner of, or in control of, a dog—

(a) subject to paragraph (b), bring such dog unleashed on to any protected area; or

(b) bring such dog on to any public beach in a protected area during the period from the 1st April to the 31st October in any year; or

(c) subject to paragraph (b), bring such dog on to any protected area using a leash greater than three metres in length; or

(d) cause, permit or suffer such dog to annoy or disturb any person in any protected area.

Goodie bag for each dog that finishes. Fun obstacle races will be hosted as well.
