Start Time:
Stage 1: 8:00am first rider starts, following riders released at 15 second intervals
Stage 2: 8:30am first rider starts, following riders released at 15 second intervals
Format
Individual time trial, no drafting permitted.
Time trial bikes and aero clip-on bars are allowed - but no changes to equipment between stages
Registration
Registration closes at 6pm on Saturday June 7
$20 (plus processing fee) per individual, payable at time of registering online.
No fee for riders 18 and under but they must still register online.
Start list and times will be circulated by email on Saturday June 7.

Courses
Stage 1
- Starting at the Great Head Park parking lot in St Davids, head west on Great Bay Rd.
- Turn left onto Texas Rd and immediately left onto Lighthouse Hill.
- At the top of Lighthouse Hill road join Mount Road and proceed to finish by the lighthouse.
Stage 2
- Starting from the layby at the former junction of Castle Harbor Rd and Coopers Island Rd, head north on Coopers Island Rd.
- Turn 180 degrees at the roundabout at the end of Coopers Island Road and head south on Coopers Island Road.
- Finish at the start line.
