Lindo’s To Lindo’s 

Start times:

• Runners and Competitive Walkers 8:30am (Start is at Lindo's in Warwick)

• 4 Mile Charity Walk 8:35AM (5 Minutes after the start of the Competitive Events) Start is at Lindo's in Warwick 

(There is a new option to "Meet in the Middle" for those who may not be able to complete 4 Miles. They simply start at the Botanical Gardens South East Gate and meet those others that are participating in the 4 Mile Walk starting at Lindo's in Warwick)

Organized by Mid Atlantic Athletic Club & Sanctioned by Bermuda National Athletics Association

Finish: Lindo’s Market Devonshire.

10K Run Route

Start Lindo's in Warwick, Along Middle Road through the South Road round about, continue on South Road. Left at Collectors Hill to Middle Road.  Left onto Middle Road, left at Chaingate Hill, right onto Watlington Road, left onto Brighton Hill Rd and then left into Lindo’s parking lot for finish.

4 Mile Walk Route:

Start Lindo's in Warwick, Along Middle Road heading East, through the South Road round about, continue on South Road.  Turn left up Brighton Hill and turn right into Lindo’s parking lot for finish.

10k Run:

1st, 2nd and 3rd Male and Female Overall

1st and 2nd Male and Female for the following AG’s:

• Junior (Over 12 and under 20)
• Open (20 -39)
• Masters 40-49
• Senior Master 50-59
• Veteran 60-69
• Experienced Veteran 70+
• Competitive Walker 

Note: Running not permitted to win prizes in the Competitive Walk.  Marshals will be enforcing this rule!

There are no prizes for the Charity Walks, these are Non-Competitive events

Number Pickup

Bermuda Diabetes Center, 22 Princess St, Hamilton, Bermuda Saturday before event - 9:30 am to 12:00 pm

Corporate Teams of 6 or more (as of Thursday 6pm) will be offered an early pickup on Friday Morning at same times.

Part of the Race Proceeds to support Bermuda Diabetes Association

Donate $100 and your entry fee will be refunded

***Goodie bags and t-shirts available at Saturday number pickup for first 800 participants***

PLEASE NOTE: FOR SAFETY REASONS AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE BNNA, STROLLERS ARE ONLY PERMITTED IN THE NON-COMPETETIVE RUN/WALK AND WE WOULD ASK THAT YOU START NEAR THE BACK TO AVOID ANY INTERFERENCE WITH OTHER PARITICPANTS.

Please do not bring dogs to the Start/Finish Area in the interest of other participants
