Poatek First Running Challenge

*** 3km Poatek Challenge ****

Rules:

- You have until next friday, 16/07, to complete a 3km run.
- You can choose wherever you want to do your run (outdoor, treadmill, streets, parcão, etc)
- You should respect your body, run as much as you can and walk/rest the much as needed
- You must record it using Strava, or similar app

Obs: You are going to compete againt yourself only, as everyone has its own pace and rythm it's not a competition. Those who completes the challeng will be able to receive a digital badge.
