Maps for 5K and 10K Run

The 10K course has been slightly modified from last year. Please note the new Start / Finish line location. The run is mostly flat with mixed terrain, including pavement and packed earth. The trail is narrow along the bay so we recommend you do not use noise cancelling earphones on this stretch so you can hear any other users of the trail who may wish to pass. Trail will be well marked, has two water stations, one at 5k turnaround point, and one at the 10k turnaround. Restrooms are available at the far 10k turnaround point. The last stretch of the run will include about 100 ft along the parking lot. Aside from that stretch there are no motor vehicles near the trail. The trail will be well-marked.

The 5K course has been slightly modified from last year. Note the new Start / Finish line. The run is mostly flat with mixed terrain, including pavement and packed earth. There is one water station at the 5k turnaround point and various water fountains within the park as well as restrooms. There is one short stretch of the trail that is alongside the parking lot. Aside from this, there are no moving vehicles near the trails. The trail will be well-marked.

The 1 Mile Loop around the park offers an easy way to participate! Note the new Start / Finish line location. There are plenty of water fountains within the park and a number of restrooms. The terrain is flat, is primarily packed earth, sections of pavement, with areas of somewhat loose sand. Wheelchairs or strollers with wider wheels may work with some effort (please contact Mary or visit the park to confirm).

Event layout and location is moved from last year to the larger picnic area, Meadowlands. Location of sponsor tents and registration is approximate and may change based on need and natural obstacles.
