You can view and save the registration form below. You will also get a copy when you complete the vendor payment.
Note: This event will occur RAIN OR SHINE
Single Booth Cost $60
Double Booth Cost $105
Order of Events: Time 7:30 am - 2:30 pm
-Vendor Check-In begins at 7:30 am
-Vendor set-up should be completed by 8:30 am (if you are not done, please pause for our National Anthem and opening remarks and finish by 9 am)
-National Anthem 8:30 am
-Race time 9:00 am
-Guest Speaker at 11 am
-Awards at 11:30 am
-Event goes until 2 pm
All vendors should report for check-in located at the Veterans Plaza. (see map on the race page)
**All Vendors need to send the following paperwork after they pay the registration fee to bbwalk4wellness@gmail.com
-Certificate of Insurance
-Your logo
-Completed vendor registration form
No later than August 2, 2025
If you do not send all of the needed information by August 2, 2025, your spot will not be held and your registration fee in non-refundable.
