Q: I cannot come, what are my options? Can I get a refund?
A: Sorry there are no refunds for any reason. We offer 4 different options to choose from.
1) You may switch to virtual and have your swag mailed for $20 (price per person) and run/walk anywhere you want.
2) You may pick up at the early packet pickup or have a friend pick up your swag on race day and run/walk anywhere you want. (must request finisher's medal when picking up if wanting to do virtually at another time).
3) You may sell/give away your entry to a family/friend at no additional cost.
4) Donate your registration fees to the Charity Partner!
Q: When is Packet Pickup?
A: Friday February 13 - Early Pickup Option - 4:00pm - 7:00pm

Q: Parking?

Q: Are there water stops on the 5K course?
A: Yes, we will have 2 chances to hit along the 5K course.
Q: Are there water stops on the Half Marathon course?
A: Yes, Half Marathon course is 4 loops around White River State park. You will pass the start/finish area 4 times to grab water bottles. You are welcome to carry a full bottle of water with you if you want. We have plenty of water bottles before and after the race included with your registration. All water bottles must be disposed in a trash can!
Q: Will the race still happen if it is raining, snowing or sleeting?
A: Yes!!! We will only delay for lightning or tornado.
Q: Can my kids register for this 5K race?
A: Yes, they sure can!
Q: Is this course stroller-friendly? May I push a stroller?
A: Yes – please be courteous of runners in a hurry.
Q: Is this course dog-friendly? Can I bring my dog?
A: Yes – and no charge:) you know the rules… clean up. Please be respectful of other runners. Sorry No Dogs Permitted Indoors at NIFS.
