Course - Full 140 2/3

Swim Course 2.4 Miles

The Swim Course diamond shaped swim. 4 laps around all 4 buoys. The smaller area helps us provide stronger support for this long distance. Bike Course 112 Miles Two Laps Around Lake

The bike course goes completely around the lake. Though the lake is 50.2 miles around it we add a small out and back to make up the distance to get it to 56 miles for the first time around. The second lap does the same. Aid stations on this course are at Mile 21, 44, 56, 77, 100, 112. Aid stations have Water Bottles, Powerade, Water and bathrooms. Relief bag is at Mile 56 and Mile 112 near the transition area but outside the gate. The route is fairly flat with some rollers on the East side of the lake.

Transition Area Layout

The reason for the format we use in the transition area is to allow every spot in the transition to be equal distance to exits. If you are closer to the Bike Out you will be farther from Run Out.
