Yes. All participants will receive a short sleeve tech fabric shirt when they pick up their packet, and a medal when they finish the event. Medals will be distributed along Clay Street, after distribution on water.
Due to our USATF Insurance regulations, only service dogs are allowed on the course.
Walking with strollers is allowed. All strollers must start in the Walker Corral and anyone observed running will be disqualified.
There are four water stations on the 10K course and two on the 5K course, and medical personnel are available throughout the course for anyone in need of assistance. For course details:
Yes, there will be ample porta-potties in both Astor Park and Baird Park (start line). There are also porta-potties at 4 locations on the 10K course and 2 locations on the 5K course - at the water station locations.
For Friday night events you are welcome to park on surrounding neighborhood streets. For race day, in addition to street parking, we open four Bellin Health parking lots located along Mason Street that are first come, first served.
The time limit is four hours, which is a pace of 38 minutes per mile. We do have a rolling opening of the course roads, which means that the roads will open as the last participant progresses on the course.
Sorry, we do not have a gear check. We recommend that you leave personal items in your vehicle. Please do NOT leave bags in either Astor or Baird Parks as these may be seized by Public Safety personnel. Any apparel items that are left in the start corrals or parks will be collected and donated to Goodwill or St. John's Homeless Shelter.
Both the start and finish lines are located in front of Bellin Memorial Hospital at 744 S Webster St in Green Bay.
Age group awards are given to both 5K and 10K participants in male and female categories for the following age groups:
- 8 & Under
- 9-10
- 11-12
- 13-14
- 15-18
- 19-24
- 25-29
- 30-34
- 35-39
- 40-44
- 45-49
- 50-54
- 55-59
- 60-64
- 65-69
- 70-74
- 75-79
- 80-84
- 85 & over
The Children's Run is a half mile (once around Astor Park) event for those aged 10 and under.
Kids for Running is a program held at area schools where students in grades 3 - 8 can train for the Bellin Run under the supervision of coaches. These coaches are generally teachers and parent volunteers who follow a training plan provided by Emplify Health by Bellin running experts.
The Children's Run, held on Friday at 6 pm, is for children 10 and under. Parents are encouraged to participate with their younger children. This is not a timed event nor are there awards.
All children receive a medal and a fun giveaway upon finishing their one lap (half mile) around Astor Park.
The Corporate Challenge is a great way to promote health, wellness and team building within your organization through participating in the Bellin Run.
