Below we've include the technical details as well as some tidbits of information about the routes. When you register, we'll send you progress updates with details about some of the Texas history you've run through. Each route has a different story and we'll help narrate your journey and keep you motivated.

This doesn't mean you have to complete these each day, this is simply a guide to provide a path to finishing the route by the deadline. 

 

Capital to Corpus Christi (218 miles, 351 km)

On this route you'll travel from the Texas State Capital to Corpus Christi and the Texas Gulf Coast. 

 

Capital to Dallas (195 miles, 314 km)

On this route you'll travel from the Texas State Capital to Dallas. 

 

Capital to El Paso (577 miles, 929 km)

This is the longest individual route in the CHALLENGE and will take you from the Texas State Capital in Austin to the western most point of Texas. 

 

Capital to Houston (166 miles, 267 km)

On this route you'll travel from the Texas State Capital in Austin to Houston, also known as Space City. 

 

Capital to San Antonio (80 miles, 129 km)

On this route your'll travel from the Texas State Capital in Austin to San Antonio. 

 

BIGGER in TEXAS CHALLENGE (1,236 miles, 1,989 km)

Complete all five Texas routes and earn the ultimate prize. You'll traverse the entire state of Texas earning all 5 belt buckles and a wall-mounted custom display for them.
