Yes! Complimentary gear check will be available in the festival area for registered participants. We recommend arriving early to allow plenty of time for packet pickup, gear check, and getting to the start line.
Yes. Participants may authorize someone else to pick up their race packet during Saturday, September 26 packet pickup.
The individual picking up your packet must bring:
- A copy or photo of your photo ID
- Your bib assignment or registration confirmation, if available
No. Pets are not permitted on the race course or within the festival area to ensure the safety of all participants.
Yes, strollers are welcome in the 5K only. Participants with strollers should line up at the back of the start chute and remain to the far right side of the course whenever possible.

- Maximum pace: 15 minutes per mile
- Participants must reach the 3.1-mile checkpoint by 9:20 a.m. (50 minutes after the start) to continue onto the second loop.
- 5K
- Maximum pace: 30 minutes per mile
No. Age group awards will not be offered.
Awards include:
- Overall Male 10K Champion
- Overall Female 10K Champion
- Top three male 10K finishers
- Top three female 10K finishers
The overall male and female 10K champions will each receive a trip for two to compete in the 2027 Bimbo Global Race.
All 5K and 10K finishers will receive a commemorative finisher medal.
Yes. Registration transfers are permitted while registration remains open and must remain within the same race distance (5K to 5K or 10K to 10K). Distance changes cannot be made as part of the transfer process.
All registration transfers must be completed by September 14, 2026. After September 14, we will no longer be able to accommodate registration transfers.
To transfer your registration:
- Log in to your RunSignup account.
- Under Bimbo Global Race, click Manage Registration.
- Select Transfer to Someone Else.
- Follow the remaining prompts to complete the transfer.
No. Onsite registration will not be available. Participants must register in advance. Registration will close once the participant limit has been met.
