I differed my registration from last year to this year, and want to run in person.

If you are running in person and are unable to differ your registration please email lexbg10k@gmail.com with your name and the race you wish to differ to, and they will make changes on the website.

Are strollers okay to run with?

Absolutely you can run with a stroller the only thing we ask is that you start at the back of the pack.

Can I push someone in a wheelchair and does that mean we both have to register  for the race?

yes you may push someone in a wheelchair. For registration it depends if you would like to receive a t-shirt and a bib.
