I opted to have my packet mailed to me, when should I expect it?
We will begin mailing packets the first week of June.
Am I allowed to bring my dog with me to the race?
No. For the safety of all of our race patrons we are not allowing dogs or pets of any kind to participate in the race.
Where should I park on race day?
As always, parking is a concern with large events in a downtown setting. The official parking for the Bluegrass 10,000 will be the Lexington Center/Rupp Arena parking lot. This lot is approximately 15 minutes from the start and 5 minutes from the finish.
Can I park on or near the course?
Parking within the course is prohibited and you will be towed. We also discourage parking near the course on side streets as this can create traffic and access issues for these neighborhoods.
How will the race be timed?
Our timing partner is RaceRise who will chip time the race utilizing their "chip on bib" technology. Results will stream live and there will also be kiosks after you finish where you can check your time and place in the race.
