Yes! Headphones/earbuds are allowed. 🎶 We just ask that you keep the volume low enough to hear race announcements, volunteers, and fellow participants for everyone’s safety. That way you can jam to your playlist and still catch the cheers along the course! 💕🏃♀️
Yes, dogs are welcome on the course! 🐶💕 We just ask that they stay leashed, well-behaved, and ready to strut their stuff alongside you. Bonus points if they rock some pink! 🎀🐕
Parking isn’t free—there’s a $5 parking fee. We recommend carpooling with friends to save a few bucks and make the morning even more fun! 💕👯♀️
Yes, we’ll have race day registration! Just come a little early to get signed up, snag your goodies, and be ready to join the fun. However, there is no guarantee that we will have t-shirt for you. 🎀🏃♀️

Yes! A friend can grab your packet for you. They’ll just need to bring along a copy of your photo ID or your registration confirmation. Easy peasy! 🎀📦

Can’t make it Friday? No worries! You can pick up your packet on race morning from 6:30 – 7:50 AM at the registration tent.
Sit back & relax—your shirt and goodies will be mailed to you before race day! 💌👟
🎒🚫 No gear check will be available. We kindly ask that you keep personal items with you or leave them with a friend or family member while you race. 💕👟

Of course! Strollers are welcome on the course—Bras Across the CAUSEway is an event for the whole family! 💕 Children riding in strollers do not need to be registered for the 5K.
🏃♂️✨ If your little one is old enough (and excited!) to run in the 1-Mile Fun Run, we do ask that they be registered since they’ll receive their own race bib. 🎟️🎀
Yes! Walkers and wheelchairs are absolutely welcome on the course. Our race is for everyone, and we love seeing our community come together to support local breast cancer patients—no matter the pace or the wheels! 🎀👟🦽
Yes! Come hungry (and thirsty)! Every year, Hall’s Sausage and Cammie’s Old Dutch Ice Cream Shoppe serve up local favorite samplers for our participants and their families. 🍦🌭
☕ Community Coffee will be providing coffee to kickstart your morning, 🍻 Braided River Brewing Co. will provide a selection of their brews, and Coca-Cola Bottling Company will keep everyone refreshed with water and soda. 🥤💕

Shirts: If you register before September 30, you’re guaranteed a race shirt! 🎀
🏅 Medals: Awards go to the Top Male & Female Overall and the Top 3 Male & Female finishers in each age group.
🎗️ Fun Run: All Fun Run finishers will receive a ribbon to celebrate their accomplishment! 🎉
Parking will be at the USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park. There is a $5 fee per vehicle. Parking is not easy to miss—it’s located directly in front of the Battleship once you enter the property. 💕👯♀️ Carpooling with friends is always a fun (and smart) option, too!
Start/Finish Line:
The race begins on Park Road in front of the Battleship. From there, you’ll head out to Battleship Parkway, make a turnaround after the bridge, and then race back down Battleship Parkway, returning to Park Road and right back to the start/finish line. 🎀👟
