Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable and participant transfers/deferrals are not available.
If weather issues arise on the morning of the race deeming unsafe conditions for event participants and/or volunteers the event will be cancelled. If the race has not begun and severe weather is present, the start of the race will be delayed for up to a maximum of 1 hr, after which, if weather is still present the event will be cancelled. If the race has already begun and is ended due to a weather threat, the event will not resume and will be cancelled. The event will not be rescheduled to another date due to weather-based cancellation. In the case of the event being cancelled shirts, caps, refreshments will still be distributed BUT REFUNDS AND/OR DEFERRALS cannot be offered as the costs of the event still remain in the circumstance of a cancellation.
