FAQs
REGISTRATION
What's included with the registration fee?
Your Run Turkey Run (RTR) registration includes race entry, a dry-fit tech race shirt, and a race bib with timing chip. All proceeds from RTR will be used to support Bret Harte Athletics & Booster Club programs. In addition to funding over a dozen athletic teams and extra-curricular clubs, the Booster Club supports the Bret Harte physical education department by providing equipment for all students to use.
Is my registration fee tax deductible?
Because your registration fee covers the cost of your entry, shirt, and bib – i.e. services and goods, the registration is not tax-deductible. If you make a direct donation to Bret Harte Athletics & Booster Club – that amount is tax-deductible, to the extent allowed by the law. Please consult your tax professional for further guidance.
