- Sign up for the distance of your choice - 5K, 10K, 15K, 1 Mile Family Fun Run
- Run or walk your distance and time yourself - Anywhere, anytime during the month of AUGUST.
- Submit your results
- Receive your swag
- Celebrate your accomplishment by sharing on social media! #getfitvirtual
