Make sure to complete your free registration here so that your progress and results data can be automatically submitted from the app. After registering, you will be issued a bib number that you will need for your setup in RaceJoy in order to have your data submitted from the app (otherwise you can manually submit your finish time).  

You will need to download the RaceJoy app to your phone and access the VIPTeacher Virtual 5K. Click I Want to Be Tracked and follow the prompts. Here is a How-To piece for setup instructions. Please make sure your sound is on and turned up and that you respond to any in-app prompts for setting adjustments.
