FALCON-THUNDER FUN RUN

Come join the fun at the first annual FALCON-THUNDER FUN RUN at Atwater High School on Sat. Aug. 23rd!!!

Runners and Walkers of all ages and abilities are invited to join us as we support student-athletes from Atwater HS and Buhach Colony HS in the following Girls and Boys sports:  Cross Country, Tennis, and Track & Field.  The first annual FALCON-THUNDER FUN RUN will take place at Dave Honey Stadium on the campus of Atwater HS.  You pick the distance and you pick the team you want your support to go to.   Strollers are welcome and all babies are free with the parent's paid registration.  Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on our campus, unless they are legally trained service animals.

1.  Same Day Registration and Packet Pick-up OPENS at 6:45am.

2.  Same Day Registration CLOSES at 7:45am. 

3.  Events and Start Times:

• 400m Kids Race starts at 8:00am.
• 1 Mile Run/Walk starts at 8:20am.
• 2 Mile Run/Walk starts at 8:20am.
• 5K (3.1 Miles) starts at 8:20am.

4.  Finisher's Medals and Awards:

• 400m Kids Race = All finishers get a medal (kids 10 and under only).
• 1 Mile Run/Walk = Top 10 males and top 10 females (open to all ages)
• 2 Mile Run/Walk = Top 15 males and top 15 females (open to all ages)
• 5K (3.1 Miles) Run/Walk = Top 20 males and top 20 females (open to all ages)
• Plus several special awards such as:  Most Spirited Group, Best Costumes, and Best Finish Line Crossing.

5.  Raffle Prizes:

• Come for the fun!  Stay for the Raffle!  Your race bib is your ticket to win one of several raffle prizes...from local restaurants and coffee shops to race apparel (must be present to win).
