Due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic the Teen Challenge Light up the Night 5K event has been cancelled. Kern County Teen Challenge's efforts are for the safety and health of the community our staff and student body.

Description
Support the faith-based missional movement of Kern County Teen Challenge in our efforts to break the chains of life-controlling addictions here in our community! Come and join us "Light up the Night" on Saturday May 2nd. Glow in the dark elements and novelties will guide you through the 5K race trail heading west that will start and finish at "The Park at Riverwalk". Registration is $30 per person or $120 per family (limit 5).1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards will be given to the winners in all age divisions both men and women. Registration & Check-in begins at 7:00 pm, and the race starts promptly at 8:00 pm. Packet pick-up will be held on Friday, May 1st at Action Sports, 9500 Brimhall Rd., #400 in Bakersfield from 12- 8 pm. All local Colleges, High Schools, School Teams, Sports Teams, Churches, and Youth Groups are encouraged to participate or volunteer.
