We are spending the weekend at Sweetwater Summit Regional Park. Cost includes campground fees, entertainment, activities & DIY projects. Additional information on the registration site.
Friday, July 28: Guests are welcome to check in early. There will be no events scheduled and no food offered.
Saturday, July 29: Check in time - 9:00am. Itinerary listed below:
0900 Check in (Patrons are responsible for their breakfast and lunch)
1000 Scavenger Hunt
1100-1300 Leisure time with Family
1300-1400 Line Dancing Tutorial
1400-1600 DIY Activities
1600-1700 Entertainment (Polynesian Dancers)
1700-1730 Polynesian Dance Lesson
1700-1830 Dinner (Chicken Katsu, Kahlua Pork, Bbq Beef and Rice).
1830-1930 Smores
1930-2100 Movie
2100-0700 Quiet Time
Sunday, July 30:
0730-Family Yoga
0800 -0900 Continental Breakfast
0900-1000 Breakdown and end of camping.
If interested in purchasing Dinner and Continental Breakfast, the cost for the event is $15 per person. Otherwise, guests are welcome to bring their own food for the entire weekend, the cost then will be $8 per person, which includes Campsite for 2 evenings, entertainment, activities and S’mores. (There will be no charge for children age 2 and under). Just let us know at the time of check in.
Everyone is responsible to bring their own camping gear. Camping gears are available for rental at Outdoor Adventure Center at NBSD. Contact them at: (619)556-7493.
One vehicle per family per campsite. If you are arriving with more than one vehicle, there is a $4 dollar fee for the additional vehicle, and will be expected to park in the parking lot.
Additional firewood must be purchased inside the campground for a $6 fee. Outside firewood WILL NOT be allowed.
