Castaic Lake OWS Aug 3

Join Us for the Fifth Open Water Swim Workout at Castaic Lake, 

Getting comfortable in the water, sighting, breathing, buoy turns, pack swimming, water entrance & exit strategies

- Get some practice swimming in your wetsuit

- Suitable for beginners to advanced
- Limited to 20 athletes

Meet at 6:40 am at the lower lake Paradise Cove (west side near lake hughes road)

Swim will be from 7 am to 8 am on Saturday morning

Price: $10 per session (to cover permits and lifeguards)

Although The Open Water Swim will be watched by county lifeguards, for safety we do require that

you are able to swim 400 yards continuously comfortably in a pool before participating in Open Water Swim.

All swimmers will need to:

be a Caltri member (its easy and free & required) No Exceptions  
Parking fee to the park  $11 is not included
