Description

Couples will learn various massage techniques to relax and de-stress together. Couples will learn breathing techniques for special breathing and yoga techniques to ease and relax muscles and targeted stretching. This is a three-hour workshop. **No nudity required**  

Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the shoulders. 

Must register for 2 people!
