Red Tulip Run — Danville 10K for Parkinson's

The Red Tulip Run is a 10K through Danville, CA, organized to raise money for Parkinson's research. My grandad lived with Parkinson’s for several years before we lost him earlier this year. Over those years, we watched as the disease gradually took away something most of us never think twice about—the freedom to move the way you want to move.I run cross country. Running is what I'm best at, and it's what he lost. So I'm putting on a race.

The red tulip is the worldwide symbol of Parkinson's disease. All proceeds will be donated to the local non-profit Danville d’Elegance.

Chip-timed 10K. Course support and aid stations along the route. Runners, joggers, and walkers all welcome.
