Our Purpose... Taylor Thach
Join us at the Rock & Run 5K as we celebrate the life of Taylor Thack, a beloved child and member of the El Segundo community. Come together with family, friends, neighbors, and the community to honor Taylor's spirit. A portion of your registration supports the Thach family, and your presence will help carry his memory forward. Let's fill the day with positive energy, love, and rememberance.

Care Los Angeles provides free financial education that helps students and families make smarter choices about credit, budgeting and debt. A portion of your registration supports bringing these life-changing lessons to more students and community members.

Rock & Brews Restaurant
A 5K charity run inspired by axes and guitars. Test your firefighter endurance on a 3.1 mile course through our beach city. Once you finish the run, come celebrate your achievement at the exclusive Rock & Brews Afterparty! Where Rock Music, Incredible Food, and a Beer Garden await your arrival.
Fees
$40 in September.
$50 in October.
(Not including processsing fees)
Registration Includes:
- Race T-Shirt
- Race Bib
- And the rewarding experience of helping local charities and families in need!
Same day registration will be allowed up to the start of the race but you won't get a t-shirt.
T-Shirt and Bib Pick Up
Bring your identification to El Segundo Fire Station 1 on the day of the event.
Race Bibs will be distributed to the participants up to the start of the race.
T-Shirts will be available for Pick up at the Rock & Brews After Party.
