**Seaside Striders Summer Run Club
You should have received an email regarding the 2020 Summer Run Club this week. Official Summer Run Club REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO CURRENT AND PAST MEMBERS AND THEIR FRIENDS & FAMILY ONLY. You should see the link to register in your email on Sunday (6/12). Summer Run Club will be divided up into two sections, each being approximately 5 Saturday Long Runs;

6/27 through 7/31
Long Runs 6/27-7/25
Within Each Summer Run Club Section, you can expect (full details can be found on previous email);
- Saturday In Person Long Run
- Wed Zoom Intervals
- Weekly Newsletter
- Summer Run Schedule with Speed Workouts
- Thursday Night Game Night
It's going to be great to move in a positive direction and be able to re-focus our running. Can't wait for next Saturday!!!
