Synners Endurance Day

If you are looking for a unique and challenging workout, join us April 6th for another Endurance Day! This event is designed to push you both mentally and physically. Our Endurance Coaches Sam Slosman Nathan Lee, and Scott Jennings have come together to give you an experience you won't forget. We will be meeting in Woodward Park at Boxcar Hill at 5pm, DO NOT be late, you will regret it! Please bring hydration pack for water and any sort of nutrition you may want. We will also be posting a gear list which you will be required to bring.
