Due to the current air quality in California, we have extended the virtual run option until from October 2nd through October 11th. Be sure to enter your virtual results when you complete!
Note: If you have registered for the Milers "In it to Win It" Challenge you are also registered for this event. Do not register twice! Because of the Covid 19 Pandemic situation, this year we are exclusively offering an Virtual Event on October 4th. Run it anywhere!
$35 adults- $25 (18 and under). Registration ends Sept. 4th.
17th Annual Spring Has Sprung 5K Run/Walk, 10K run.
Long Sleeve Technical shirt included with registration in a variety of sizes while supplies last.
Benefiting Lake County High School Cross Country & Track and Field Programs
No Race Day registration
We will have an outside/safe packet pick-up for local residents. If you live more than 40 minutes from Hidden Valley Lake, we will mail your packet to you. All virtual runners will have the option to upload their finish time.

Who we are supporting
The Lake County Milers promotes/supports fitness to all ages all year long as a nonprofit running/walking Club. From proceeds of the Spring Has Sprung run we make a special effort to support Cross Country and Track and Field for Lake County High Schools.
Directions
Take Hartmann Rd. exit off Hwy 29 just 4 miles north of Middletown Ca.
Turn left on Coyote Valley Road right before Hardesters Plaza. Participants will be parking in Coyote Plaza about 200 yards from the Elementary school.
