Join us for PMG Awareness Organization's 4th Annual 5k Virtual Run/Walk Event and help us Unlock the Mysteries of PMG!

Location: Anywhere In the World!!​

This is a virtual run/walk 5K event and can be completed wherever you are and at any time between October 19th - November 3rd, 2019. 

Complete it all at once or complete a little bit each day.  You can run, jog, or walk on the street/trail or even on a treadmill.  Those who need assistance can be pushed in their wheelchairs.  There is really no wrong way to accomplish the distance... It's up to you!  Go at your own pace and enjoy the process! Every participant will receive a 4" custom medal and event t-shirt with the cost of their registration.

Our hope is that each parent of a child diagnosed with PMG (and adults with PMG) will create a TEAM under their child's or his/her name.  We encourage that the TEAM be shared with friends and family and over social media, while asking for their support by either registering for the event under that particular team name OR by having them donate directly to your TEAM.   

We encourage that participants GET CREATIVE with this event.  Feel free to host a Fall or Halloween event and incorporate the 5K into the festivities!  For example, ask your attendees to meet at a local park and to wear costumes.  While completing the event, have trick or treat stations along the way.  Maybe incorporate a pumpkin carving contest or a cake walk...The possibilities are endless! The goal of this virtual event is to raise money and awareness for PMGA, so we want you to have fun with it!

Important Dates to Remember

You must register for the event by September 18th, 2019 in order to ensure your medal and t-shirt will ship out to you on October 9th, 2019. It is our hope that all merchandise will get to you in time for the start of the event on October 19th, but due to different locations and shipping times, it cannot be promised. Those who register on or after September 19th, 2019 will receive their merchandise AFTER the event has ended.
