Fit Games Weekend Cancellation

Epic Participants,

We're disappointed to share that we'll be canceling the 2020 Fit Camp Weekend planned for China Peak Ski Resort outside of Fresno. 

There are many factors involved in putting on an event and even more so during a pandemic. We had a very positive reaction to the idea of hosting a Fit Camp Weekend in the mountains however, the demand for such an event isn't there right now. This, combined with health risks, we've decided to cancel this event. 

We love that you signed up! It means a lot to us that you would trust us with your health in hosting an event during this time. 

Please make sure to select which option you would like regarding refund or deferral 

we're going to give you free entry to the next Fit Camp Weekend, which we plan to host in the same location next year or as soon as circumstances allow. We'll send out a coupon for this when we open registration.

Description

Epic Series Obstacle Challenge is BACK! 

Come join us on the weekend of September 12th,2020 for a limited participant event in the Sierra Mountains. We will be hosting an all weekend fitness adventure for you and your family to enjoy the great outdoors. We have partnered with China Peak Resort to bring you multiple opportunities to get outside, be active and social distance with your friends and family! 

Epic opportunities for your friends and family include

  • Friday Night Bib Check in/ camping check in/ Special restaurant menu/ Live music
  • Epic Obstacle Course Unlimited Runs all Weekend, (Course will be changed on Saturday evening to allow a brand new course on Sunday)
  • One Mile Uphill Run on the challenging slopes of China Peak
  • Saturday Evening Outdoor movie screening (Bring your own chairs and Blankets we will set up the spacing)
  • Scenic Chair Lift ride to the top of China Peak and Back
  • One or two additional surprises to be announced in the coming weeks!

  • two restaurants to keep you fueled available all weekend (outdoor seating only)
  • If you are feeling adventurous, bring your camping gear, Camping will be allowed for a fee in the venue
  • Trailer camping Spaces available as well
  • Mountain Bike Excursions, Wildlife excursions, Disc Golf Course up and down the mountain 
  • Boating and fishing opportunities also available at nearby Huntington Lake.
