Dr. Rufus Fuller, L.Ac., is the owner of Panacea Holistic Institute and SOTAS Intergrative Medicine, and has dedicated his life to helping others heal through holistic wellness, movement, and mind-body connection. A beloved yoga instructor and wellness educator, Dr. Fuller has also been part of the running and race industry for over a decade, encouraging people of all backgrounds to embrace movement as medicine.
Knowing from childhood that he wanted to become a doctor, Dr. Fuller always believed in treating the whole person — not just the disease. His passion for understanding the human mind led him to study Psychology at UCLA, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree.
In 2000, Rufus became a massage therapist, deepening his ability to connect with people and create environments centered around healing, balance, and restoration. He later earned both his Masters of Traditional Chinese Medicine (MTOM) and Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) from Emperor’s College.
Today, Dr. Fuller combines his background in psychology, bodywork, Eastern medicine, yoga, and holistic healing to inspire others to live healthier, more connected lives rooted in wellness of the mind, body, and spirit.
